In 2020, he earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence. Sam Blair, RWCS began his commercial insurance career in 2012, quickly establishing a strong focus on the construction and contracting sectors. With over a decade of industry experience, he has become a trusted advisor to builders, subcontractors, and developers, providing tailored risk solutions that protect every stage of a project. Sam’s deep industry knowledge led him to launch a specialized Energy Construction Program, designed to meet the unique insurance needs of energy contractors and infrastructure projects.
